MIAD Housing consists of a variety of accommodations and floor plans and are subject to change. Standard units in the Two50Two building are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units that are furnished to accommodate up to 5 tenants.

ACADEMIC YEAR
Double Bedroom Occupancy - $8,755.00 per Tenant
Our double bedrooms are designed to provide comfortable living space for two tenants, with ample room for beds, desks, chairs, and dressers. Priced at $8,755 per tenant for the academic year, these units offer an affordable and convenient housing option for students that prefer to share a bedroom with only one other tenant.
Triple Bedroom Occupancy - $7,075.00 per Tenant
Our Triple bedrooms offer a great option for students who prefer to share a bedroom with two other tenants, while enjoying the benefits of a more affordable living space. These bedrooms are priced at $7,075.00 per tenant for the academic year with ample room for beds, desks, chairs, and dressers. This bedroom is also equipped with a full connected bathroom.
To accomodate everyone in this bedroom, one bed is lofted above the tenants desk and the other beds are bunk beds.
Other MIAD Housing units can vary:
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom units for up to 4 Tenants
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units for up to 4 Tenants
The cost of MIAD supported housing is the same, regardless of building or unit assignment. Cost only varies based on bedroom type. Rent is to be paid in two equal installments prior to the start of each semester and there are no payment plan options.
All unit assignments are made by MIAD Housing Staff after leases are signed and roommate matching is completed.
