Units at Two50Two are designed to comfortably accommodate five students with two to three students sharing a bedroom. Units are furnished with a full size couch, chair or love seat, end table, coffee table in the living room and include a flat screen LED TV and a technology package including WiFi, hard wired Internet and an inset HDMI wall connection. Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher along with an “island” and bar stools. Bedrooms are furnished with dressers, nightstands, desks, and desk chairs.

  • Common Areas and Lounges

    A lounge and study zone is located on the ground floor near the main entry. The main lounge includes cafe style seating and community Wi-Fi for relaxing and small group study. An active entertainment lounge includes a large screen TV and full size competition table tennis equipment.

  • Upper Floor Lounges

    Each upper floor has a relaxing study lounge with soft furniture, study tables and projection wall for movies and pin ups. Students may check out a high-res projector/DVD player to show movies or practice presentations. These lounges are intended to be study zones for the individual floor.

  • Laundry Rooms

    Each floor has an active lounge containing laundry, TV, game tables and bar-height counters. Each area also contains a vented spray booth allowing students to safely use spray mount, fixatives and other aerosols in the building. The use of these materials in the apartment unit is strictly prohibited.

Students get to take advantage of the full MIAD community experience by living directly on campus.
